Sales
Our sales showroom is open Monday to Saturday for face to face trading for all customers as per the NSW Health guidelines. Contactless click and collect will continue to be available for all customers who prefer a contactless transaction!
Service
Our Service Department is open Monday to Friday for all service, repair and maintenance needs.
For any guests visiting our dealership for sales or service, we will be continuing our strict Covid practices to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff and the greater community. These include:
- Mask wearing is no longer mandatory aligning with NSW Health, however some of our team may elect to continue to use mask and we encourage you do so if you feel more comfortable
- QR code check-ins are optional and no longer mandatory when entering the Dealership
- Daily cleaning procedures with increased frequency of disinfecting door handles, EFTPOS machines and frequently touched surfaces
- Hand sanitising upon entry and exit and as required throughout the day
- Additional hand sanitisers, wipes and surface sprays throughout our dealerships
- Reinforcement of appropriate food handling protocols including disposable cups and cutlery to ensure cleanliness
- Adherence to Government advice on best practice for washing hands, general hygiene and keeping 1.5m distance
- Sanitising of vehicles before pick up or delivery
- Compliance with all Government and public health warnings, practices and recommendations
- Online SMS invoice payment options for both sales and service
